Corporations generally don’t have a defined career path. It’s up to you to make sure you are getting the training and experience and advancing. You need to stay visible and make sure your supervisors know what you are doing. This is true in any job, but it can be a bigger challenge for remote workers. Stay in touch with the home team and let people know what you are working on and accomplishing.
